Reccer's Notes: I really like this version of events a lot, especially because Boone is still alive here. I wonder if Liam would stay a child for a bit longer, give himself more time to mentally grow up, as well.

Reccer's Notes: This is a nice, long and plotty fic that deals with the relationship between Sandoval and Liam. The fic is part of a series, and the sequel is unfinished so far, but I don't care. This part of the story is very satisfying to read.

I'm always especially interested in the relationship between Liam and Da'an. It can be so cute one moment, and so painful the next, and I keep thinking "Please, make up already, please, start over again!" This fic gives me exactly what I need, and I love it for that.

This story is tagged as humour, but it's not crack fiction. The Volunteer/Protector betting pool, Zo'or being like a child that can't stand to lose, Da'an's needling and sly little interventions, Liam's stubbornness - everyone sounds very much in character, and it's a delightful and funny read.
